Squire's Cabin is located 11 miles southwest of Lake City Colorado on the Alpine Loop. Our two beautiful log cabins offer a quite and peaceful vacation spot, plus we have an on property private Chapel.

Squire's Cabins are at the 9,600 foot elevation of the San Juan Mountains with unparalleled mountain views, hiking trails, and above all pristine solitude. The cabins are just 10 yards from Lake Fork of the Gunnison River which offers exceptional fly-fishing: all visitors agree! Hiking or fishing, hunting, jeeping, reading, writing or just relaxing: Squire's Cabins has access to it all, the perfect Colorado vacation getaway.

Lake City serves as the launching point for both the Alpine Loop and Silver Thread Scenic and Historic Byways, Lake City truly lies amidst splendor that is unparalleled nationwide.
